All sales at Rankson Perfumes are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases. Please note that, for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds on personal care products. We appreciate your understanding and assure you of our dedication to quality.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable: Once an order is placed and delivered then it cannot be returned or refunded.

Damages And Other Issues
We are committed to having you fully satisfied with your order and we will look into any concern that you may have in respect of damaging of the products.
Reporting Damaged Products: In case, when the product arrives, you find it damaged or defective, kindly notify this to us when you receive the product.
Proof of Purchase: Email us at care@ranksonperfumes.com with your proof of purchase that is either the order confirmation or receipt.
Images of the Product: Send clear images of the product, showing clearly why it has become flawed, so we can deal with the issue accordingly.
Resolution: Once you give that to us, we get back to you to give our next course of actions as soon as possible.
